How to Find Us
The Form & Function Clinic is located within the Mater Private Clinic. There are many options for accessibility:
- Parking is available in the Water Street Carpark just off Allen Street. Entry to the Clinic from the Water Street Carpark is via level 3 or level 4.
- The Mater Hill Busway is located just outside the Mater Private Clinic.
- Southbank is the nearest train station and a short walk from the Mater Private Clinic.
